Garlic Lemon Chicken

  • 1 K.g. Chicken
  • 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 6 no's Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds, umin seeds, pepper, methi seeds, fennel seeds
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • Coriander leaves
  1. In a bowl take chicken, add salt, curd, lemon juice, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, green chilli mix thoroughly and rest for 30 min.

  2. Heat a pan, pour the chicken mixture evenly in the pan and cook for about 15 to 20 min on low flame.
  3. Now heat another pan; dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, methi seeds, fennel seeds for 2-3 min and make fine powder.

  4. Now heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan; add green chilli, curry leaves, 2 tbsp of garlic paste cook on low flame for 5 min.

  5. To this cooking garlic, add the above powder stir well and cooked chicken, red chilli powder, garam masala and cook for 5 -10 min.

  6. Finally garnish the garlic lemon chicken curry with coriander leaves and onion slices.
