In a bowl take chicken, add salt, curd, lemon juice, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, green chilli mix thoroughly and rest for 30 min.
Now heat another pan; dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, methi seeds, fennel seeds for 2-3 min and make fine powder.
Now heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan; add green chilli, curry leaves, 2 tbsp of garlic paste cook on low flame for 5 min.
To this cooking garlic, add the above powder stir well and cooked chicken, red chilli powder, garam masala and cook for 5 -10 min.
Finally garnish the garlic lemon chicken curry with coriander leaves and onion slices.
