Egg with Sesame (Nuvvula podi) Pulusu

Method of Preparation:

  • Heat oil (2sp) in a pan; add jeera (1/2sp), mustered seeds (1/2sp), add finely chopped onion      (1cup) and green chillies (3sp), add zinger-garlic paste (1sp), turmeric (1/2sp) and curry leaves fry till onion becomes brown.
  • Add tamarind paste (1cup) boil this for 5min, add sesame paste (fry the sesame without oil and make it as paste by adding small quantity of water) cock for 2-3min.
  • To this add salt (to taste), chilly powder (2sp) and dania powder (1sp).
  • Now slowly add boiled eggs (4) cock for 2-3min.
  • Add water (1cup) to the curry allow it cock under low flame for 5min.
  • Add garam masala (1/2sp), coriander leaves and transfer into the serving bowl.
