Egg with Paneer Curry

Method of Preparation:

  • Boil eggs the (4) and remove the shell of boiled eggs &  keep aside.
  • Cut the Paneer (100g) into cubes and fry till golden & set aside.
  • In a mixer or chopper take onion (1/2cup), garlic (3-4sp), ginger (3-4sp) and green chilies (5sp) and make paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan; add onion-garlic paste and fry till golden brown, add turmeric fry for 1 min then add salt (1sp), red chili powder (2sp) coriander powder (1/2sp) and fry for a minute and add tomato puree (1cup). Fry till it starts leaving oil.
  • Add a cup of water and cook till it dry’s.
  • Now add the fried paneer cubes and boiled eggs.
  • Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil and reduce the flame.
  • Cook under low flame for 5 minutes and add garam masala (1/2sp). 
  • Garnish the curry with coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or paratha or roti .
