Egg Coconut Curry

Method of Preparation:

  • Heat oil in a pan (3sp); add paste of ginger (1sp), green chilly (1sp) and onion (2sp). Fry for 2min.
  • Add coconut powder (1/4cup), turmeric (1/2sp), red chilly powder (2sp), and salt (1sp), garam masala (1/2sp) and add water (1 cup). Boil for 2-3min.
  • Now add boild eggs (3 or 4) cock for 5min.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
