In a pan heat 2 tsp of oil & ghee, add whole garam masala (clove, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, sahijeera, Japatri, marati mogga) saute it for 1 min.
Mean while take 4 boiled eggs make some slits on them with knife. Now heat another pan add 3 tsp of oil; add boiled eggs saute them for 2 min & add red chilly powder, salt, biryani masala toss it for 2-3 min.
Close the lid & cock for 5 more min. Serve hot with retha.
