Egg Biryani

  1. In a pan heat 2 tsp of oil & ghee, add whole garam masala (clove, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, sahijeera, Japatri, marati mogga) saute it for 1 min.

  2. Now add 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion, green chilly, termeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilly powder, salt, biryani masala & 1/4 cup of u stir well & fry for 2-3min.
  3. Now add 1 cup of soaked basmathi rice & 1/2 cup of water let it cock for 10 min.
  4. Mean while take 4 boiled eggs make some slits on them with knife. Now heat another pan add 3 tsp of oil; add boiled eggs saute them for 2 min & add red chilly powder, salt, biryani masala toss it for 2-3 min.

  5. Add the eggs into the cocked rice mix well.
  6. Fanally add coriander leaves, mint leaves, safron milk, fried onion, 2 tsp of ghee.
  7. Close the lid & cock for 5 more min. Serve hot with retha.
