Egg 65

  1. Boil 3 eggs, cut them into half, remove the egg yolks, and chop the egg whites into small pieces.

  2. Take the chopped egg into a bowl, add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, maida, corn flour, egg white, chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli mix well and prepare as dough.
  3. Now take small quantity of egg mixture, make it as small dumplings.
  4. Now heat 250 ml of oil in a pan; add egg dumplings one after the other and fry for about 5 min on low flame and transfer into a plate.
  5. Heat 2-3 tsp of oil in the same pan; add chopped garlic, ginger, curry leaves and green chilli saute them for 1-2 min.
  6. To this add 2-3 tsp of curd, red chilli powder, garam masala, red chilli sauce saute well, add fried egg dumplings saute for 2-3 min. Add coriander leaves, spring onion, lemon juice saute it and switch off the stove.

  7. Now egg 65 is ready to serve. Serve it by garnishing with onion slices and lemon.
