Dum ka chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 K.G. Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Dania (Coriander Seeds) powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin) powder
  • 1/2 tsp Shahjeera (Black Cumin)
  • 3 no's Dalchina chekka (Cinnamon)
  • 4 no's Yalakulu (Cardamom)
  • 5 no's Lavanga (Cloves)
  • 2 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Poodina (Mint leaves) and Kothimeera (Coriander leaves)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • small Dough Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Fried onions
Instructions
  1. First powder the Shahjeera (Black Cumin), Dalchina chekka (Cinnamon), Yalakulu (Cardamom), Lavanga (Cloves).

  2. Take a bowl, and add Chicken, Ginger garlic paste, Fried onions, Curd, Green chilli paste, red chilli powder, Prepared masala powder, turmeric, salt. Then mix well. Marinate for 2 hours

  3. After 2hours take a pan, heat oil and add marinated Chicken, then dum for 20 mins. Cook well until chicken gets tender.

  4. Garnish with onions, Poodina leaves, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
