  1. Take boiled baby potatos peel the skin, prik them with toothpick & deep fry them for 5 min.

  2. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan; add hing, ginger-garlic paste saute well, add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt saute for few seconds.
  3. Now add the fried aloo saute well & cook for 3-4 min.
  4. Transfer into a serving plate add coriander leaves & lemon juice & serve.
