  1. Take 1 cup of toor dal, 250 g of mutton in a pressure cooker, allow till 5 viscles to come.

  2. Now heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan; add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds saute well, add finely chopped onion saute well & cook till onion become soft.

  3. To this add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, garam masala, coriander powder stir well, now add finely chopped tomatoes & cook till they become soft.

  4. Transfer the cooked mutton & dal to the cooking pan stir well, adjest salt & cook this for about 10 min.

  5. Finally transfer the curry into a serving bowl, sprinkle coriander leaves, lemon juice, fried onions & serve it with biryani rice or roti.
