  1. Take thick curd in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum & carrot.

  2. To this add salt, pepper & mix well.
  3. Now take a bread slice apply butter & place the curd mixture & close this with another bread slice.

  4. Place the sandwich in a toaster, cook for 2-3 min & serve with tomato ketchup.
