Cream Chicken Curry

  1. Take whisked curd in a bowl, add salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, garam masala, finally add big sized chicken pieces mix thoroughly and refrigerate for over night.

  2. Heat 3 tsp of butter in a pan; add green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onion cook for 5 min.
  3. Now transfer the chicken mixture spread evenly in the pan and cook for about 15-20 min on medium flame by closing the lid.
  4. To this add salt, pepper, kasuri methi, spring onion, coriander leaves and fresh cream, cook for 10 more min.
  5. Finally dish out the cream chicken curry, sprinkle coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot with rice or roti.
