Coconut Rice Pudding

  1. In a bowl take cooked rice, grated raw coconut & sugar (1:1:1) mix well.

  2. Take another bowl beat two eggs & pour into rice mixture mix thoroughly.
  3. Now grease the baking tray with butter & pour the prepared mixture tap the tray.
  4. Place the baking tray in an oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 min & serve.
