Coconut Milk Pulao

  1. Heat 2 tsp of oil & ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, green chillies, whole garam masala spice ( clove, cardamom, cinnamon, biryani flower & biryani leaf) saute well. Add cashews, curry leaves, onion slices, ginger garlic paste saute for 1 min.

  2. Now add salt, green peas, chopped carrot, beans & potatoes saute well & cook for 5 min.
  3. Now add 2 cups of coconut milk & bring to boil, add coriander leaves, 1 cup of rice close the lid of pressure cooker & allow till 2 viscles to come.

  4. Serve the coconut milk pulao with any veg or non veg curry.
