Chilli Potatoes

Instructions
  1. Take 2 big potatoes, peel them & cut into vertically.

  2. Heat water in a vessel, add salt & chopped potatoes cook for 2-3 min.

  3. Stain the potatoes & place in a bowl, add 3 tsp of corn flour, salt, pepper mix well.
  4. Now heat 250 ml of oil in a pan; deep fry the potatoes & place in a plate.
  5. Now heat 2-3 tsp of oil in a pan; add finely chopped ginger and garlic saute it, add onion cubes & capsicum cubes saute for few min.
  6. To this add sweet & hot sauce, soya sauce saute it, add salt, pepper, spring onions & 1/4 cup of corn flour slurry mix vigorously. Finally add the fried potatoes mix well.

  7. Transfer the chilli potatoes into a serving plate, sprinkle coriander leaves, spring onion, lemon juice & serve.
