Take 2 big potatoes, peel them & cut into vertically.
Heat water in a vessel, add salt & chopped potatoes cook for 2-3 min.
To this add sweet & hot sauce, soya sauce saute it, add salt, pepper, spring onions & 1/4 cup of corn flour slurry mix vigorously. Finally add the fried potatoes mix well.
Transfer the chilli potatoes into a serving plate, sprinkle coriander leaves, spring onion, lemon juice & serve.
