Take the maida salt, 1 spoon oil in a bowl. Mix it with warm water until it made a soft dough.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped onions fry it for 1min. Then add smashed ginger, green chilies, Curry leaves.
After 2min add turmeric, black pepper powder, chicken masala, and finally, add boiled chicken pieces.
Let the chicken get soft and then add salt and coriander leaves.
Take a small dough and make a chapati. Cut it into two halves and make it a cone shape and fill it with the chicken masala. Then seal the edges.
Deep fry till the samosas turn golden brown in color.
Serve it with tomato ketchup or chili sauce.
