Chicken Pulao

  1. Heat 4 tsp of oil & 2 tsp of ghee in a pressure cooker; add whole garam masala (clove, cardamom, cinnamon, biryani leaf, marati mogga, japatri, sahijeera) fry for 1min, to this add 1/4 cup of onion slices fry till become golden brown, now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, chopped green chilly & 1/4 cup of tomato fry for 2-3 min.

  2. Now add 250 g of cleaned chicken mix well. Now add red chilly powder, 3-4 tsp of curd, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, garam masala & rice stir well & close the lid cook until 2-3 viscles come.
  3. Now open the lid add ghee on the top, mix well & transfer the chicken pulao into a serving plate garnish with onion slices, lemon & ritha.
