Chicken Gravy Curry

Instructions
  1. Take chopped onion & two tomatoes, fennel blend them and keep a side.

  2. Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan; add whole garam masala spices, chopped onion saute for 3-4 min. To this add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste saute for 1 min.
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes stir well and cook until tomatoes get softened. To this add onion tomato paste cook for 5 min on low flame with out closing the lid.

  4. Now add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, chopped green chilli, coriander powder and chicken cook for about more 5 min.

  5. To this add required salt and water cook for 15-20 on medium flame.
  6. Finally add garam masala, coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
