Chicken Fried Rice

Method of Preparation:

  • Boil basmati rice (4 cups).
  • Heat olive oil (2 sp) and sesame oil in a pan; fry beaten eggs (3) and then boiled beans (1 cup), grated cabbage (1cup) and carrot pieces (1 cup).
  • Once the veggies are nice and golden, add sliced fried chicken. Fry until it golden brown.
  • To this add soya sauce (1sp), tomato sauce (1sp) and chilly sauce (1sp) mix well and finally add the cooked rice, salt (1sp) and red chilly powder (2sp). Stir well.
  • Serve it hot with rita.
