Chicken Fried Rice

  1. ‌Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan; add vertically chopped boneless chicken pieces fry for 5 min remove from pan.

  2. ‌Now again heat 2 tsp of oil in the same pan; add finely chopped garlic & green chilly, onion saute for 2-3 min, now add chopped beans & carrot fry for 5 min.
  3. ‌Now beat 3 eggs & pour into the pan stumble & cook for 2-3 min.

  4. To this add fried chicken, salt, red chilly powder, aginamoto, soya sauce, chilly & tomato sauce toss for 2-3 min.

  5. ‌Now increase the flame add 2 cups of cocked rice, stirr it continuously test the salt sprinkle coriander leaves & lemon juice, chopped spring onion. Serves it hot.
