Chicken Drumstick Masala

 

Ingredients
  • 3 no's Chicken leg pieces
  • 4 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 4 no's cloves
  • 2 no's Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Fennel
  • 1 no Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp Shahi jeera
  • 1 no Anise
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Red chillipowder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
  • 4 tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat a pan; add 4 tsp of coriander seeds, 4 clove, 2 cardamom, 1 tsp of fennel, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp of shahi jeera, 1 anise dry roast them & grind, make as fine powder.

  2. Take 1/4 cup of curd in a bowl, add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, prepared roasted masala powder mix well.

  3. Now make cuts to the chicken leg pieces & place in the batter apply it thoroughly & marinate for 2-3 hr.

  4. Now heat 4 tsp of oil; place chicken drum sticks, pour extra masala stir well & cook for about 20-30 min on low flame with occasional stirring.

  5. Now chicken drumsticks masala is ready. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
