Heat a pan; add 4 tsp of coriander seeds, 4 clove, 2 cardamom, 1 tsp of fennel, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp of shahi jeera, 1 anise dry roast them & grind, make as fine powder.
Take 1/4 cup of curd in a bowl, add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, prepared roasted masala powder mix well.
Now make cuts to the chicken leg pieces & place in the batter apply it thoroughly & marinate for 2-3 hr.
Now heat 4 tsp of oil; place chicken drum sticks, pour extra masala stir well & cook for about 20-30 min on low flame with occasional stirring.
Now chicken drumsticks masala is ready. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
