  1. Heat a pan; add peanuts, chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, dry red chilli, stir well dry roast & grind as coarse powder.

  2. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan; add mustard seeds, curry leaves saute well, add chopped onion fry for 3-4 min, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder saute well.
  3. Now add salt & add chopped red, green& yellow chopped capsicum slices, cook for 5 min.
  4. To this add garam masala, prepared masala powder stir well, adjust salt, add the cooked basmati rice stir thoroughly. Cook this for 5 min.
  5. Finally transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with onion slices, coriander leaves & lemon.
