Capsicum Paneer Curry

Instructions
  1. Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan; add whole garam masala, sahijeera, chopped onion saute it & cook for 3-4 min.

  2. Now add turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, salt, add chopped  tomatoes & capsicum stir well cook for 5 min.

  3. To this add red chilli powder cook for 5 min. Oil floats on the top of curry.

  4. Now add chopped paneer saute well & add small quantity of water cook for about 5 min.

  5. Now the capsicum paneer curry is ready. Add coriander leaves & lemon juice serve hot.
