Cabbage Chana Vadalu

  1. In a bowl take 1/3 cup of chana dal, 1/4 cup of urad dal & rice soak for 2 hrs. Grind as smooth paste using small quantity of water.

  2. Transfer this into a bowl add salt, soaked chana dal, coriander leaves, ginger & chilli pastes mix well.

  3. Now wet your hand, take small portion of the prepared mixture press it & place in hot oil fry for 5 min.

  4. Now cabbage chana vadalu are ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
