  1. In a bowl take 1/2 cup of worm milk, 3tsp of curd, 1 tsp of sugar mix well.

  2. In another bowl take 1 cup of maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt & mix well. Sieve the ingredients into another bowl.
  3. To this mixture add the above prepared milk slowly, add 3 tsp of butter & mix thoroughly. Prepare as soft dough & keep it a side for about 7-8hr by covering it with wet cloth.

  4. Take small portion of dough, make as roti & fry the both sides in a pan using butter.
