Bread Yogurt Spicy Rolls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chillis
  • 1/3 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/3 cup Copped red, yellow, green capsicum
  • 12 pices Bread
  • Salt to taste
  • 250 ml Oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl take 1 cup of yogurt, add salt, pepper, chat masala, green chilli, finely chopped onion & red, yellow, green capsicum mix well & keep it a side.

  2. Now take bread slice cut the edges, dip in water remove excess water using palm.
  3. Place the wet bread on a platform, place 1 tsp of prepared mixture roll the bread & keep in a plate.
  4. Now heat 250 ml of oil in a pan; place the rolls one after the other & deep fry them for 5 min in a medium flame.

  5. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
