  1. Take bombay rawa, maida, chopped bread (1:1:1) in a mixi jar, add curd blend as smooth batter.

  2. Transfer this into a bowl, add salt, chopped onion, tomato, green & yellow capsicum, coriander leaves mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat a pan; spread 1 tsp of oil, place uttapam batter spread it lightly & cook both side of it by adding little oil on medium flame.

  4. Serve the uttapam hot with coconut & ground nut chutney.
