Instructions
  1. In a bowl take 1: 2 of corn flour and water stir well.

  2. Take vessel add 2 cups of sugar, 2.5 cups of water stir well & keep on stove heat & bring to boil.

  3. Now add corn flour slurry to the syrup slowly by continuous stirring. Cook this for about 20-30 min. Stir the mixture in between & add 4-5 tsp of ghee.
  4. After thickening of mixture, add chopped cashew nuts, which are fried in ghee.

  5. Take out prepared halwa. Take half portion of halwa in another vessel & add yellow food colour mix well & keep it in refrigerator for 30 min.

  6. To the remaining half portion, to this add red food colour mix well & keep it in refrigerator for 30 min.
  7. Take out the halwa from refrigerator & cut into peaces & serve.
