Beetroot Pickle

  1. Peel the beetroot skin & chop into fine peices.

  2. Take the chopped beetroot into a bowl add lemon juice & keep it a side.
  3. Now heat 1 cup of oil in a pan; add dry red chilli, chopped garlic, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chana dal saute for 1 min, add hing & turmeric powder turn off the flame.
  4. After becoming the oil worm, add 1/2 cup of red chilli powder, salt to taste, mustard powder mix well & add this to the beetroot bowl mix thoroughly.
  5. Now beetroot pickle is ready to serve with hot rice.
