Banana chips

  • 1 no. Banana (Green, unripe)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Oil for Deep fry
  1. Slice the Banana into thin rounds. Add Turmeric and Salt.

  2. Soak the sliced Bananas into water for 5min.

  3. Remove the bananas from the water and drain completely.

  4. Heat the oil in a pan. Let the oil high heat.

  5. Then fry until golden and transfer onto a paper napkin.

  6. Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
