Andhra Chicken Fry

Method pf Preparation:

  • In a vesicle take bone less chicken (250 g), add turmeric (1/2 sp), salt (1/2 sp) boil for 5min.
  • In mixy jar take garlic (1/2 sp), ginger (1/2 sp), coconut (1/2 sp) and cumin seeds (1/2 sp) and grind to make a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil (4 sp) in a pan; add bay leaves (2), cinnamon (1), and clove (3) to this add chopped onions (1/4 cup) and fry till brown.
  • Then add the ground paste and till brown.
  • Add the boiled chicken, red chilly powder (1 sp) water (3-4 sp) and fry the chicken until the gravy becomes thick then add garam masala and coriander leaves.
