Aloo Matar Curry

  1. Heat 3-4 tsp of oil in a pan; add bay leaves, shashi jeera, green chilli, curry leaves saute well, add chopped onion fry for 3-4 min.

  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder & tomato puree stir well cook for 2 min.
  3. Add boiled & chopped aloo & matar stir thoroughly & add some water cook this for 5 min.
  4. Finally add cumin powder, garam masala powder, kasuri methi stir well & sprinkle coriander leaves & serve hot with rice or roti.
