  1. In a pan heat 3 tsp of oil, add jeera, mustard seeds, chopped onion, turmeric, ginger garlic paste fry for 5 min.

  2. Now add curry leaves, 3 tsp of onion paste, red chilly powder, salt, garam masala, 2 tsp of coconut-kuskus paste, coriander powder, boiled potato pieces cock for 10 min.

  3. Sprinkle coriander leaves serve hot with roti or rice.
