Arabic Rice

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Basmathi rice
  • 5 cups water to cook rice
  • 250 grms Boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 3 no green chilly
  • 1 no chopped onion (Medium size)
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp green peas
  • 2 tsp chopped carrot
  • 2 tsp chopped beens
  • 2 tsp capsicum
  • 2 tsp spring onion
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
Instructions
  1. Soak Basmathi rice for about 30min. Then Cook the rice and keep it a side.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the boneless chicken for 10min. To this fried chicken add chopped ginger, green chilly & onion fry for 1-2 min.

  3. To this mixture add green peas, chopped carrot, beens, capsicum & spring onion, coriander leaves let it cook for 5min on medium flame.

  4. Next add ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, tomato puree. To this add cooked basmathi rice stir it well. Cook for 2-3min.

  5. Transfer this into a serving bowl sprinkle coriander leaves & fried onion & serve hot.
